Hi all! My name is Rohan Keshwala and I have the honor to serve as your Director of Outreach! I'm a junior Microbiology Major with a Minor in Public Health and I'm a part of the Class of 2025. In my free time, I love watching all Marvel Movies and TV Shows as well as watching sitcoms, hiking, and eating out. I also have headphones in my ears 24/7 because I love listening to music! One of my goals is to help foster a sense of belonging for APIDA Students on campus and to create more outreach initiatives to connect IDEAAL to more APIDA students. You can usually find me drinking a milkshake in the DMS! I'm looking forward to meeting each and every person in IDEAAL!

Hello! My name is Diana Joseph and I am a senior Biomedical Science major and Psychology minor from Dallas, TX. I am so excited to serve as your Director of Education this upcoming year! In my free time, I love to bake, spend time with my friends, and watch an embarrassing amount of Netflix/YouTube. I hope that I can provide engaging and insightful workshops and a safe space so that freshmen can have a successful start to their journey at A&M! I can’t wait to meet everyone!

Hi everyone!! I’m Justin, and I’m from Frisco, Texas. I’m a sophomore and actually literally the only architecture major in IDEAAL, so please architecture majors come join IDEAAL. This year I’m gonna be a member of the public relations team, so I’ll be handling the social media and stuff. My hobbies include drawing (once a year), pirating manga/webtoons on the internet, napping in beams of sunlight, and exercising— my intention is to exercise every day over the summer, so if you see me and I’m not seriously shredded, I failed. I’ll do my best to make next year as fun as possible, so please look forward to our first meeting!

Hey friends! I'm Riya Pendse, and I will be one of your secretaries for this upcoming year!! I'm a pre-vet sophomore Animal Science major from Cypress, Texas and am hoping to graduate in December of 2025 :) In my free time I love playing tennis, trying new coffee shops, hanging with friends, and discovering new tv shows! (I recently finished watching Alice in Borderland and need the next season to come out) Some fun facts are that I also love biking and have biked from Houston to Austin twice! This year in IDEAAL, I hope to give back to the community that has given me a home here in college station. I want to be able to provide a space for new APIDA students at A&M where they can be free to grow and express who they are :) I can't wait to meet all of our mentees!

I am a sophomore economics major from Denver, Colorado but I went to high school in Frisco, Texas.
